Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. However, if you are 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule at the first available date for the same service . There is a 50% deposit required for ALL appointments (this fee is NONE REFUNDABLE). The deposit will be added towards the payment of your service. Not showing up to your schedule appointment will result in 100% charge of the service booked! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! The payment collected for the no-show is NONE TRASNFERABLE!
