The service is for those whos lashes are showing small gaps. if your lashes are more than 50 % not intact, you will need a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS... a refill should not take longer than 90 minutes. A complementary lash wash will be given. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE CLEANING YOUR LASHES DAILY.. i want to give you the best quality work with the time required. If your lashes are not clean and I have to extra time besides the complementary lash wash, there will be a $15 dollar up charge! (NO EXCEPTIONS) Loosing lashes is normal, at times temperature can affect the adhesive, so Truessence always gives a 72 hour window to make sure that you get the best of the service you have invested in.
